If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The following guidelines apply:
o The size you ordered was incorrect.
o The quality of the item was not to your satisfaction.
o The item you received was not what you ordered or was not as described.
**Important note: Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Clearance items are also non-returnable and non-refundable. These exceptions do not
apply to regular sales priced items.

Once Tweedmaker.com receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email that it is in our possession. Tweedmaker.com reserves the right to determine the returned product’s condition. We will contact you as soon as a determination has been made regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund has been approved, we will process the request and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
