For all suits purchased on or after January 1st, 2024, we want you to feel at ease, knowing that even if you measure yourself incorrectly, we've got you covered. Our experience allows us to catch sizing discrepancies effortlessly.

Return and Refunds

Standard Size Suits

We're extending return eligibility to a generous 180 days from your order placement. We're confident you'll love your suit for years to come. Send it back for a 100% refund for any reason or;

Get $50 credit towards alterations (usually the faster option to get your suit ready).

Custom made Suits

For our custom suits, we're incredibly confident in the fit. Also enjoy an extended warranty of 180 days from your order placement.

If your suit isn't a perfect fit, we can remake or provide a $100 credit towards alterations (usually the faster option to get your suit ready).

Clear and Simple Return Process:

Suit Condition: The suit must be unused and unworn (except to try on)

To Start Return: Simply email tonya@tweedmaker.com to get the return started.

Return Shipping: We ship to dozens of countries, and to keep our prices low, we do require you to cover the cost of the return; return shipping is to our warehouse in the United States.

Photo Requirement(Custom Only): To facilitate a smooth return process, we kindly request that you provide a photo of the suit, highlighting areas where the fit may not be correct. This helps us better understand and address your concerns promptly.

Due to limitations placed by payment providers, purchases made that are over 180 days old are not eligible for a refund or return. So please ensure that you complete all relevant sizing information in a timely manner so that we can get to work on your suit.
