Take a measuring tape and measure around the widest part of your head. Compare your measurement to the chart below.

This style of cap is meant to fit snug, and if you are between sizes our recommendation is to go down a size as these caps to stretch over time.

If the fit isn't perfect you can arrange for a return to swap for the right size.
