Really like my Tweedmaker suit, have recived many compliments on it. Was a good fit and have ordered another one. The customer service was great and helped me along the way to ensure a good experience.

I was riding one of my Triumphs in the Auckland, New Zealand run of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (coupling the need for tweed with the need for speed, and fundraising for men’s health issues at the same time. The dapper chap I am with is Mark Hawwa, the creator of the whole event, who came over and joined the Auckland DGR this year. He selected me for the Best Dressed prize, obviously because I was wearing a Tweedmaker suits.

Lovely comments from friends. Fits like I visited the tailor. My only complaint is that I requested a longer tie since I am 6'5". I was told my request would be honored. It was not. The 4" short side doesn't tuck well. Since it was shipped from China, I figured it was too much trouble.

I am lumpy and difficult to fit. There were a few spots too large and a few spots perfect--in order to fit my lumpy, twisty body. If I had more time? I would have had those loose spots tailored out, locally. Overall? Tweedmaker saved the day, and I was the father of the groom with the most incredible look. Thank you.

My tweed suit #2, this time olive green, with a tie of same material. The fit is perfect and colour just gorgeous. I'll be wearing this a lot at work and otherwise. Highly recommended!

Beautiful suit. I like the colors, fit, and style. Was shocked at how quickly it arrived. Excellent communication during the purchase and measuring process. Perfect fit with the regular measurements so I am glad I did not splurge on the custom measurements. The pants do feel a tad "slim" though I ordered "regular". Happy I specified "tall" as the arms were perfect and the waistcoat (vest in USA) was long enough to cover down to the belt area (most pictures on this site show the white shirt peeking out at the bottom). I gave 4 stars for two reasons. First, it arrived in a very small box and had permanent wrinkles from being folded so I had to take it to a local cleaners for pressing before being able to wear it. Second, the pants are not fully lined so it can get a bit itchy. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to put some sort of tag inside the jacket. This is not my 1st semi-custom suit. The others have a custom tag which you can have sewn on and it is odd not seeing any manufacturer tag. But, for the price, I truly cannot complain about the method of shipping nor the lack of tag. I probably will buy another (wish I would have taken advantage of the specials generated after buying the 1st one but I didn't like that you put such a short timeline in which I could avail myself of the offer especially considering I had no experience with this company).

I love this suit! I get a ton of compliments when I wear it. I will be ordering a couple more soon!

A colleague and me discussed this winter to raise the dress code at work. What about tweed, he suggested, and yup: next night shift, when the impulse control level is low, I found Tweedmaker.com and purchased three suits. Simple measuring process, nice customer service, and looong waiting weeks until the suits finally arrived! What a joy; I adore the fabric! And the fit is great, I think!

Although the vest and jacket (in my opinion) was delivered in “regular” and not as ordered “slim fit”, I am very satisfied and have even ordered on more complete suit (blue check) in “(true) slim fit”, after some very helpful customer service mail correspondence back and forward. Always fast and helpful service :-) The vest is adjustable in the back, and the jacket still looks good as “regular” and just gives some extra room for the future Christmas dinners or other occasions ;-) So I am pleased :-)

My girlfriend got a bit worried face expression when I tried the tweed for the first time, "What is wrong honey?" - I asked. "what will I wear too that? I dont have any.." . I replied: "I get you something". And she smiled again :)

As a 16 stone 48" chest man, in his 50's I have bought clothing in store and online. The problem with most online purchases is that I range from XL - XXXXL and I rarely get the correct fit. Also online purchase are often of poorer quality as you can't see the product. However Tweedmaker boast their suit will fit; mine did like a glove. It couldn't have been a better fit if it was made to measure. As for the quality - it is stunning!

Fits rather well! Apart from the usual problem with me of fitting in the armscye (which I intend to go in to a tailor and have adjusted), everything is perfect! I’m particularly in love with the feel of the fabric, especially the vest. They were also kind enough to send me some extra buttons so that I could sew them in for suspenders/braces.

I had always fancied getting a tweed suit but thought they were way out of my budget range so I was pleasantly surprised when I found Tweedmaker. The whole process from measuring to receiving the suit has been excellent throughout. They suggested a size based on the measurements I have but were happy to modify then based on my personal preference for a slightly longer trouser. The suit is a perfect fit and looks great. Once the lockdown is over, I am looking forward to getting to wear it. In the meantime it looks amazing hanging up in the wardrobe. Finally, communication throughout has been exceptional, beyond anything I have ever experienced before with any company. Regular updates to let me know what was going on were very much appreciated and this proactive approach is one that other companies should aim for.

I really love my suit. The color and feel is amazing. I got the vest and tie add ons and they really help it pop. I would to buy another suit in the future. I really want them to develop a summer tweed suit. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a five is because the jacket button has become loose but I can easily tighten it up. I was just surprised at how soon it became loose.

Tweedmaker was recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with his purchase, so when I needed to find my partner in crime a gorgeous suit I took his advice. Technically this was a Christmas present and although I didn't quite get in my order early enough to have a box under the tree, it arrived sooner than expected and everyone was impressed with the quality. The fit is excellent, and although the red waistcoat was sent instead of the green, it was a happy mistake as it truly suits the ensemble and looks marvelous on my man. Like many here, I purchased the Olive Green Tweed with Red Vest. I am very impressed with the quality and size of the suit. I confess that I did visit my tailor just to hem the pants a bit but I intentionally ordered them a touch long. The fit is perfect and I received tons of compliments. I will recommend Tweedmaker and purchase more from them.

This is an awesome suit. The olive green suit is my second. I purchased a grey one also. The size was perfect the first time and I cant wait to get a third. I highly recommend these suits to anyone. The process was very simple and the communication with the tailor regarding sizing was straightforward. When I saw the finished article I was extremely pleased with the quality of the suit, especially for the price paid. It is great value for money.

As the "Daddy" of the Santa Photo Visit Program at Michigan's Somerset Collection, I really wanted to find a classic look for this Christmas Season. The old-world look of the olive green tweed suit, with the complimentary red vest, really caught my eye. Ordering was simple; Tonya was a dream to work with; the quality and fit are superb.
